Katie Spagnoletti

She/Her

Received her ballet training at the Cuyahoga Valley Youth Ballet under the direction of Mia Klinger and Kara Stewart where she had the opportunity to perform George Balanchine’s Schertzo à la Russe, and original ballets by Lazlo Berdo, Tom Gold, and Frances Patrelle. She augmented her training by attending summer programs at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, North Carolina School of the Arts, and Saratoga Summer Dance Intensive. Spagnoletti danced with City Ballet of San Diego for ten seasons, and was featured in the company’s productions of The Nutcracker, Carmen, Don Quixote, Romeo and Juliet, Giselle, Swan Lake, The Firebird, and Carmina Burana, as well as George Balanchine’s Rubies, Walpurgisnacht Ballet, Who Cares?, Allegro Brillante, Serenade, The Four Temperaments, Concerto Barocco, and Square Dance among others. She has also performed with Golden State Ballet in San Diego, and Barry Kerollis’ Movement Headquarters Ballet in NYC.
